About the role

  • The Safety and Process Risk Manager plays a key technical role in supporting risk management within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and risk management standards.
  • Ensuring process risk assessments are conducted.
  • Implementing best practices to mitigate process risks.
  • Close collaboration with the Health, Safety & Risk Manager to develop, maintain, and improve risk management frameworks.
  • Ensure legal/regulatory requirements are identified, understood, assessed and communicated/proposed for implementation to functional managers.
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments for risk identification and mitigation.
  • Developing and promoting the adoption of new safety training programs and practices.

Requirements

  • Higher education – University Degree (BA/MA) in Risk Management, Process Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related technical field.
  • Certification in Safety Internal Service Management (minimum 180–240 hours of safety training) and Risk Assessor Certification are mandatory.
  • ISO 45001/OHSAS certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical risk management, process safety, or industrial health & safety.
  • Proven expertise in technical risk assessment, process safety, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of local and international safety regulations.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Valid B-category driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
