• Join Asahi Europe & International and become a new member of our Finance Team
• Coordinate with Market SMEs: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in different countries to gather insights and requirements
• Drive Harmonization and Standardization: Take ownership of aligning regional content, driving harmonization, and standardization of processes across markets
• Facilitate discussions and negotiations to resolve local country requirements and ensure consistency in process design
• Lead the process design and validation activities, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate and oversee business cutover activities for the assigned process, including data migration, testing, training, and transition planning
• Serve as the sign-off authority for program artifacts related to the assigned process
• Support change management efforts by communicating process changes and facilitating training sessions
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement based on feedback from stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
