About the role
- The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the brand at the local level, in alignment with global and national strategies.
- They will focus on customer and distribution channel planning, local brand activation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in market execution.
- This includes managing the marketing/programming calendar, developing marketing tools, activating events, and communicating with local sales teams.
- They also manage all aspects of off-trade and on-trade point-of-sale (POS) materials with global and local partners, including warehousing partners, to ensure effective market implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience in consumer packaged goods/alcoholic beverages in Canada (minimum 2 years)
- Field sales / client relationship management experience is an asset
- Commercial and sales-oriented with a strong results focus and proven track record
- Experience developing and monitoring budgets
- Self-directed, motivated, and strong problem-solving skills
- Some evening work and travel required
