About the role
- Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy and positioning framework to deliver sustainable share growth
- Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships
- Drive new product development from ideation and concept testing to launch and post-launch evaluation
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in-store experiences for On-Trade and Off-Trade
- Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets
- Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Junior Brand Manager: goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development
- Report to the Head of Local and International Premium Brands and collaborate within a cross-functional Marketing Team
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications (Master in Business Administration & Marketing preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience in Marketing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), preferably in beverage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (data analysis, forecasting, business case)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proven track record in brand strategy, portfolio architecture, and P&L management
- People management skills and project management capabilities, experience managing multiple strategic initiatives
- Creative mindset with a flair for developing original, impactful campaigns
- Fluent in spoken and written English
