Develop and implement marketing activities to drive revenue growth in OGT’s product portfolio (CytoCell, CytoSure and SureSeq) in North America
Ideate, implement and drive direct marketing activities including organic (Social Media), digital (3rd Party Advertising), PPC (GoogleAds) and direct mailers
Define the channel strategy for North American marketing campaigns
Challenge conventional approaches and develop innovative communication strategies
Work with Regional Marketing Manager and North American Sales to identify high-ROI activities and support marketing/sales funnel
Support creation of customer-centric marketing campaigns/projects and materials with Global Marketing and sales teams
Contribute to profiling of contacts and account analysis to ensure relevant marketing activities
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide metrics and optimisation suggestions
Own and lead tradeshow/event management: planning, booking, execution, post-event follow-up, logistics, shipping, catering, material production and communications
Create and drive tradeshow commercial strategy for North America and manage relationships with tradeshow providers
Plan and implement pre- and post-event marketing communications and analyse/report on tradeshows
Manage OGT’s on-site presence for conference set-up, take-down, packing and shipping
Manage stock and fulfilment of marketing materials; contribute to ideation and creation of marketing tools in adherence to brand guidelines
Manage third-party agency relationships to deliver assets and collateral
Act as Brand Guardian ensuring all materials stay true to voice and vision
CRM customer database data entry and maintenance; contribute to competitor database
Budget management: maintain detailed budget and raise purchase orders
Requirements
Educated to degree level in life sciences or business management
3-5 years experience in a Marketing Communications role, with extensive experience of tradeshow management
Experience of working in the Life Sciences industry
Demonstratable experience in implementing effective marketing and advertising activities, both directly and via 3rd party advertisers
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of crafting compelling stories and messages for a technical audience
Experience in project management – including budgetary responsibility and internal relationship management
A motivated team player who is able to work both independently and in a nationally/globally dispersed team
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Knowledge of OGT’s technologies (FISH, arrays and NGS) (desirable)
Previous marketing experience in a B2B setting (desirable)
Familiar in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases (Microsoft Dynamics) (desirable)
