Plan, budget, and execute a wide range of offline marketing initiatives including audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home advertising, print ads, and sponsorships.
Plan and execute events and sponsorships, including industry conferences in partnership with B2B marketing leader.
Execute targeted direct mail campaigns (brochures, flyers, items, swag).
Develop and run experiential marketing experiments and creative, cost-effective offline campaigns.
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and optimize future campaigns.
Stay informed about offline marketing best practices and technologies.
Identify and track competitive marketing to understand opportunities for experimentation.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in offline marketing or CPG, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Player/coach mindset, ability and willingness to start as an IC and grow into leadership roles.
Creative and innovative thinking with ability to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns.
Data-driven and analytical, with strong ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
Passion for healthcare & technology and desire to make a positive impact on the industry.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated offline marketing campaigns (audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home, print, sponsorships, events, direct mail, experiential).
