About the role
- Lead the downstream marketing strategy for the Restorative and Prevention business
- Define revenue/margin targets, portfolio budget, and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee lifecycle management to optimize in-market performance
- Drive alignment with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Strategy teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to deliver on portfolio growth expectations
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of progressive career growth in downstream marketing and sales roles
- Strong financial acumen in business case development
- Strong problem-solving orientation with ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the relevant served markets, clinical trends, and healthcare economics
- Marketing and/or sales leadership experience in a large med tech/med device company
