About the role
- Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns for acquisition, retention, onboarding, renewal, and digital adoption.
- Develop strategies to grow and nurture both email and SMS audiences.
- Create and manage targeted email and SMS lists to support revenue and growth initiatives.
- Use internal data to build segmented, personalized messages.
- Architect automated customer journeys and drip campaigns; own all free trial onboarding campaigns.
- Design and document testing frameworks to improve conversions and engagement.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external agencies.
- Brief design and copy teams on creative and messaging requirements.
- Work closely with a graphic designer to create banner images and/or product images to support email copy.
- Build and deploy campaigns via HubSpot.
- Perform QA: proofing and optimization.
- Explore additional touchpoints (SMS, push notifications) to enhance the user journey.
- Analyze campaign results and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with email regulations.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in email marketing with HubSpot experience is a must.
- Experience with customer segmentation and automation setup in HubSpot.
- Proven success using email to improve conversion and customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience proofing email/SMS copy and editing design templates.
