Revenue Operations

• Support the day-to-day operation and optimization of HubSpot CRM for the Sales team, with a focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflow effectiveness
• Analyze pipeline and forecast data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities impacting revenue predictability and sales performance
• Build, maintain, and refine pipeline and forecast reports that provide clear visibility for Sales leadership and executive stakeholders
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
• Perform deep-dive analysis on sales rep and SDR performance to identify drivers of success, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Monitor stage progression, deal aging, and forecast movement to highlight gaps in process execution or data hygiene

Artificial Intelligence

• Define, execute, and own the organization’s AI vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Lead, build, and scale high-performing AI, ML, and data science organizations, establishing clear operating models, standards, and governance
• Oversee the design and adoption of agentic AI and generative AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain / LangGraph), and foundation model selection, with provisions for accuracy, security and trust-first designs
• Provide strategic direction for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms, ensuring high-quality enterprise knowledge retrieval, consistency, and reliability
