About the role

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping resourcing strategies
  • Use market data and insights to influence hiring decisions
  • Support the business with proactive talent pipelining - addressing critical role and succession gaps
  • Build diverse talent pipeline, utilizing innovative attraction methodology
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, and act as a custodian to the AEi employer brand
  • Upskill and coach hiring managers in best practice selection and assessment
  • Lead on recruitment projects and deliver data driven insights through dashboards
  • Monitor KPI's and continuously improve processes in your assigned functions
  • Ensure recruitment data is compliant, and ATS is utilized

Requirements

  • Proven background in talent acquisition (in house) in fast paced matrix environment
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, using innovative methods to attract talent
  • Experience in partnering the business, and driving talent decisions through data driven insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience implementing DEI initiatives and employer brand strategies
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to influence hiring decisions
