Solutions Engineer

• Lead architecture design for cloud, data, AI, and security solutions delivered through partners and resellers.
• Develop repeatable solution frameworks and reference architectures aligned to Arrow and Microsoft priorities.
• Support partner enablement, including technical workshops, architecture guidance, and co-selling motions.

• Support partner differentiation through solution packaging, IP development, and vertical use cases.
• Participate in joint account planning and pipeline acceleration activities.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape deals and influence technical win strategies.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution designs that align with customer outcomes.
• Accelerate pipeline through architecture validation, demos, and technical storytelling.
• Drive revenue influenced through solution design and partner engagement.

Cloud Solution Architect

• Establish relationships with the Arrow Supplier teams, sales, partners and customers in support of joint Sales, Marketing and Services team objectives.
• Engage and leverage all resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate to accomplish tasks.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate both technical and non-technical audiences about Storage and Power concepts, applications, and benefits.
• Deliver executive-level conversations for customers and prospects to educate and inspire on the vision of Cloud and Power.
• Provide pre-sales support by working with identified Arrow Strategic Accounts and opportunities at a technical account ownership level.
• Hands-on lab support functions from installation of HW and SW in Arrow Solutions Lab to trouble shooting technical issue with Lab.
• Must have a solid grasp on competitive space with Cloud and Power , leveraging knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively consult with customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales strategies.
• Provide technical expertise for IBM Cloud and Power solutions to sales teams and customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to partners and/or clients and ensure all customer facing solutions are documented.
• Produce impactful, thought-leadership content, including blogs, articles, webinars, white papers, and presentations, to educate, inspire and articulate “the art of possible”, while effectively positioning Arrow Electronics as a channel leader ON AI-Related topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Executes technical sales calls as lead or team member depending on the situation.

Technical Sales Engineer – Automotive

Engineer

• You will be responsible for growing our FPGA market share in cooperation with our FAE and sales team.
• Observing and analyzing market trends and adapting the manufacturer’s portfolio.
• Implement & execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the local region.
• Summarize and drive regular business updates with the supplier.
• Help development Engineers to select the right FPGA technologies and components for their next design.
• Be involved in many different development projects of our customers.
• As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting trainings, events and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Guide technical direction/priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation.

FPGA Market Development Engineer

Field Engineer

• Promote the latest electronics technologies into customer designs to maximize Arrow’s electronics component content into projects that benefit our customers and will create new business for Arrow
• Understand customer needs and leverage Arrow’s engineering resources to facilitate solutions that bring value to customers
• Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation
• Technical collaboration & research with sales, other Arrow departments & Suppliers in support of customer designs

• Develop a deep understanding and comfort in the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches to support the benefits statement.
• Demonstrate success by increasing Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet.
• Collaborate with the sales teams, using tools such as whitespace analysis to spotlight high potential customers.
• Build strategies to connect with the customer influencers and decision-makers with the objective of achieving 50%+ share of their component spend.
• Develop an understanding of Arrow’s financial objectives (EBIT and RoWC) ensuring that any solution design meets the thresholds within an acceptable period.
• Become the subject matter expert and owner of the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee-for-service portfolio, including but not limited to: In-house semiconductor programming services, Long-term inventory solutions, including nitrogen storage and component leasing, Third party value-added services, Strategic Buffer Stocks & Inventory programs, Enterprise Solutions.

Supply Chain Services Manager
