About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Customer service mainly by email and phone
Various back-office administrative tasks
Preparing and presenting the forecast of the commercial team
Continuous follow up on the development of sales figures
Cooperate with Key Account Manager´s cases and orders until execution
Close cooperation with colleagues in other offices of Arrow Electronics across Spain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient/native in Spanish, and fluent in English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable working both independently and as a team member.
Proactive, very extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexible.
Ability to work under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture.
Accuracy is a must in this position.
