About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer service mainly by email and phone
- Various back-office administrative tasks
- Preparing and presenting the forecast of the commercial team
- Continuous follow up on the development of sales figures
- Cooperate with Key Account Manager´s cases and orders until execution
- Close cooperation with colleagues in other offices of Arrow Electronics across Spain
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient/native in Spanish, and fluent in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working both independently and as a team member.
- Proactive, very extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture.
- Accuracy is a must in this position.
