Manager, Beyond Beer – Non-Alcoholic

Sales

• Support the Region Vice President, Commercial Directors, Retail Sales Directors, and other Region Directors by providing routine sales reporting, ad hoc support, and sales / share / distribution analysis, drilling into root causes of performance gaps
• Create and update sales presentations for use in communication meetings, retailer visits, and planning meetings
• Create clear Pricing Guidelines for the AB Portfolio and review Price Change Requests
• Identifies and cascades best practices between markets

Senior Director, Revenue Management & Sales Intelligence

• Owns the S/4 Hana CORE template for the Zone and serves as the primary liaison between the Central Aurora Program and the Local Aurora Program to ensure consistent, scalable adoption of the CORE solution.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for CORE template adoption within the Zone, ensuring alignment with Global standards, design principles, and guardrails.
• Lead documentation of the local ECC as-is landscape, assess process fit to CORE, and coordinate Workshop A and related fit-to-standard activities.
• Act as the primary translator between Global and Local teams, clarifying CORE intent, resolving interpretation gaps, and ensuring consistent messaging.

Director, Owned Retail – Operations

• The Beyond Beer / High End Manager is the local market owner of field execution as the key connector of our field programs to our wholesaler partners.
• This position will report to the Senior Commercial Director and will oversee Beyond Beer / High End brands execution at the local level.
• This manager will work directly with wholesale partners for market specific objectives including increasing sales execution within accounts through our field sales programs and driving trial with our consumers.
• In addition, this position will be accountable for managing an assigned geographic region through the effective planning, organizing, directing and execution of sales and marketing plans through the company distributor network and field initiatives.
• They should spend 3-4 days in the market per week with their respective teams/wholesalers driving our key initiatives with 1 planning day in a home office.

Manager, High End – Beyond Beer

• Builds relationship with Wholesaler Management and Region teams
• Leverages the AOE Program within their assigned territory for High End brands
• Manages High End Elite Club, if applicable, in their assigned territory, and supporting Anheuser Busch mega brands such as Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, Cutwater Spirits and Budweiser.
• Executes EDGE, IRIS and BEES as key enabler programs for High End brand execution

• The Sales Lead role at Craft West will be the ultimate brand ambassador for Elysian, Golden Road and Four Peaks brands
• Their primary responsibility is partnering with our wholesaler network and driving volume, revenue, share, display and POS execution goals
• This position involves a considerable amount of time in market visiting wholesalers, planning 90-180 days out, visiting key retailers, ride withs, events and consumer activations
• The position works very closely with Anheuser Busch wholesaler partners and local commercial team.
• Responsible for all Elysian, Golden Road and Four Peaks performance in their wholesaler territory
• Builds partnership with wholesaler management, EAM, Sales Manager, Channel Leads, Team Leads, Sales Reps, SEC to drive key priorities for Craft West Brands
