• Lead and manage business, Regional Chain/Indy Budget, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to sell our Non-Alcohol brands at independent and regional chain accounts in order to gain growth in a competitive segment
• Work closely with wholesaler and local field sales personnel to align with ABI big bets, increase Non-Alcohol brands visibility including activation and local sponsorships
• Implement, manage, track execution, and evaluate results of pricing, distribution and space initiatives
• Utilize a proven track record of multi-state account management while developing Wholesaler plans and budgets, prepare and present business reviews, and communicate activities effectively both internally and externally, working in close coordination with Non-Alcoholic Key Account Managers, Beyond Beer Managers and other field team members
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with regional chains relevant to the respective territory and cater to each account to improve market share and growth for all parties
• Build replicable content for field team (CD, CM, BBM) to leverage as part of WPPM process with Wholesaler partners
• Act as Ultimate Regional Owner, managing Ad Hoc, Trade Marketing, and Logistical initiatives
• Review strategies to increase profitability and sales for products with IRI, sales data and program execution recaps

Manager, Non-Alcoholic Beverages

• Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to sell our RTD brands at independent and regional chain accounts in order to gain growth in a competitive segment.
• Work closely with wholesaler and local field sales personnel to align with ABI big bets, increase RTD brands visibility, and implement, manage, track execution, and evaluate results of pricing, distribution and space initiatives.
• Utilize a proven track record of account management while developing Wholesaler plans and budgets, prepare and present business reviews, and communicate activities effectively both internally and externally.
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with regional chains relevant to the respective territory and cater to each account to improve market share and growth for all parties.
• Conduct meetings with main Wholesaler to sell-in new products, programs and promotional activities.
• Review strategies to increase profitability and sales for products with Circana, sales data and program execution recaps.

Manager, RTD

• Work alongside AB & Wholesaler KAM teams to grow Devils Backbone, Cisco and La Rubia distribution and programs
• Educate, communicate, and execute Craft East's distro gaps and programming in targeted Small & Large Format chain accounts
• Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions
• Direct and manage space management priorities of Craft East and the account
• Utilize sales tools (IRI, Hero, IDIG, PowerBI) and analyze data to evaluate strategies
• Maintain active communications and foster relationships with region sales and wholesaler personnel
• Manage budgets, contribute to monthly PRs and annual account plan, and facilitate wholesaler pricing communication to chain accounts
• Travel up to 50%, majority being day trips

Content Marketing Manager

• As the Digital Content Manager for Elysian Brewing, you will lead the comprehensive strategy, creation, and management of the brand’s digital ecosystem. This includes ownership of content ideation, production, and distribution across all digital channels — social media, websites, email, and other emerging platforms. The goal is to grow brand presence, increase engagement, and support business objectives. This role blends creativity and strategy. You’ll produce video and photo content that drives social and content strategy for Elysian, the Space Dust IPA family, and pub initiatives, and use data to guide performance. You’ll also shape a proactive, consumer-first voice that reflects Elysian’s unique identity and values. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller who’s confident behind the camera, in a content calendar, and when presenting insights. You know how to craft a great story, and make it perform. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the functionality, accuracy, compliance, and optimization of all digital platforms (including social media, websites, and email marketing). Leverage direct marketing databases to engage consumers around key activations, ensuring alignment with data privacy regulations and internal best practices. Foster community growth and engagement through timely, relevant, and brand-aligned content. Develop, manage, and execute monthly content calendars across approved social media platforms. Create high-quality, platform-specific content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) that supports brand campaigns and aligns with audience interests and behaviors. Collaborate with Creative Services, the Sr. Marketing Director, and Elysian brand teams to build campaigns for brand, product, pub, and event initiatives in support of strategic objectives and KPIs. Lead all video and photography needs for Elysian Brewing and Space Dust, including lifestyle, product, event, and studio shoots for use across social, web, packaging, print, and promotional materials. Manage end-to-end production -- including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, rendering, and publishing across digital and print platforms. Maintain a well-organized digital asset library to support ongoing creative and marketing initiatives. Work closely with the Creative Services Director, the Sr. Marketing Director, and fellow Craft West Digital Content Managers to develop cohesive, multi-channel digital strategies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors (e.g., photographers, models) to source and produce content that meets campaign needs and business goals. Ensure all content reflects the distinct voice, visual identity, and values of Elysian Brewing. Moderate and curate archival content to support storytelling across owned channels. Stay current on cultural trends, social media innovations, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant. Analyze performance data to derive insights, optimize content, and adjust strategy as needed to meet KPIs.

Manager, Digital Content

Account Manager

The On-Premise Key Accounts Manager plays a vital role in growing Cutwater’s market-share by building strong relationships with strategic account partners and distributors to achieve optimal sales in an expanded geographical area.
They assist with distributor sales forces to execute national marketing and sales strategies.
The On-Premise KAM also works with distributors to achieve stretch targets and ensure compliance in accordance with agreed upon standards.
While the company is headquartered in San Diego, CA, this position spends of the bulk of their time in the field in their assigned market.
Working from the office at HQ will be required, as needed.
