Outside Sales

• Als Außendienstmitarbeiter betreust du vorwiegend Kunden aus Forschung, Pharma und Industrie und bist dabei erster Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um Laborprodukte und das gesamte Laborportfolio.
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden im Außendienst im Gebiet Westösterreich sowie perspektivischer Ausbau des Kundenstamms durch Neukundengewinnung.
• Vertrieb von Produkten rund um das Laborportfolio, zum Beispiel Laborgeräte, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Chemikalien, Reagenzien sowie weitere Lösungen für moderne Labore.
• Bedarfsermittlung und lösungsorientierte Produktberatung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Laborleitungen, Forschungseinrichtungen, Pharmaunternehmen und industriellen Laboren.
• Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Präsentationen sowie Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen.
• Markt und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen im Vertriebsgebiet.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst, Produktmanagement und Marketingteam zur optimalen Betreuung der Kunden.
• Schrittweise Übernahme bestehender Kunden im Gebiet nach der Einarbeitung durch den aktuellen Kollegen am Standort Innsbruck und anschließende eigenständige Betreuung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Kundenstamms.
