Digital Graphic Designer – Fashion

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Graphic Designer, you shape the brand’s digital presence across all e-commerce and performance touchpoints, with a strong focus on conversion, brand experience and AI-supported content creation
- Design and development of assets for the webshop, landing pages, campaigns and product presentations
- Creation of creatives for social media, newsletters, CRM and paid performance marketing
- Conceptualizing and executing digital campaigns focused on e-commerce growth and performance KPIs
- Ensuring a consistent, sales-driven brand presence across all digital channels
- Optimizing designs using data such as CTR, conversion rates and A/B tests
- Using AI tools for content creation, automation and creative scaling
- Developing modern, UX-oriented design solutions for digital user journeys
- Evolving design systems, templates and digital workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree in graphic design, communication design or a related field
- Several years of experience in digital design, ideally in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and, ideally, Figma
- Strong understanding of digital brand management, conversion-oriented design and UX
- Experience with, or a strong affinity for, AI tools in the creative design process
- Interest in data-driven work and performance optimization
- Business-fluent German; English is an advantage
- Nice to have: experience with motion design or video editing
- Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or comparable marketing tools
- Understanding of performance marketing, analytics or tracking
