🎯 Requisitos

• Experiência prévia como Recrutador Freelancer
• Inglês e Português fluentes (Inglês é obrigatório)
• Experiência em sourcing e entrevistas com candidatos (desejável)
• Mentalidade de crescimento
• Disposição para trabalhar como contratado freelancer (sem salário fixo, sem benefícios, remunerado por colocações)
• Disponibilidade de tempo extra para se dedicar (não apenas 15 minutos por dia)
• Confortável em falar com candidatos e clientes e demonstrar empatia
• Capacidade de aprender rapidamente caso falte alguma experiência em recrutamento
