About the role
- Define and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Build and lead a team of recruiters and external partners.
- Establish recruiting frameworks, KPIs, and scalable processes.
- Partner directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring priorities.
- Ensure a candidate experience that reflects and strengthens the company's culture.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
- Track record of recruiting internationally (Americas, Europe, LATAM).
- Strong ability to design and execute end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with C-level leaders.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Nice to have Experience in venture-backed companies (Series A–C). Exposure to hiring technical roles (engineering, product, data).
- Background in fully remote organizations.
