About the role

  • Define and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters and external partners.
  • Establish recruiting frameworks, KPIs, and scalable processes.
  • Partner directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring priorities.
  • Ensure a candidate experience that reflects and strengthens the company's culture.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
  • Track record of recruiting internationally (Americas, Europe, LATAM).
  • Strong ability to design and execute end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with C-level leaders.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Nice to have Experience in venture-backed companies (Series A–C). Exposure to hiring technical roles (engineering, product, data).
  • Background in fully remote organizations.
