Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruiting, telesales, or high-volume outbound calling
Prior experience with driver recruiting or logistics staffing strongly preferred
Proven ability to book appointments and convert leads into confirmed interviews
Comfortable with making 75+ calls/day and managing rejection professionally
Excellent communication skills with strong English and confident phone presence
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated under minimal supervision
Proficient with Indeed, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Calendly (preferred)
Familiarity with structured data entry workflows
Tech-savvy, fast learner, and comfortable working in multiple platforms simultaneously.
Proficient in Indeed (lead management and sourcing), Google Sheets (lead tracking and KPI reporting), Google Calendar/Calendly (interview scheduling and confirmations), RingCentral or similar outbound calling tools, and Gmail for email communication.
