About the role
- Run end-to-end hiring rounds
- Partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles
- Write compelling job descriptions and launch open roles
- Source and attract candidates through proactive outreach
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Develop work tests and grading rubrics
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Conduct reference checks
- Manage offer processes
- Maintain high standards and an excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Build relationships easily
- Communicate clearly and reliably
- Make sound judgments under pressure
- Enjoy managing projects end-to-end
- Have recruiting experience (preferred)
- Motivated by principles-first EA
- Willing to travel 4-6 times per year
