About the role
- Find, qualify, and conduct full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs
- Grow the candidate database and respond to increasing client demand
- Source and interview candidates to assess fit and qualifications
- Work remotely on an autonomous schedule and manage own pipeline
- Get paid per closed job (small fixed + success fee); focus on placements
- Collaborate with ambi.careers as part of a small group of freelance recruiters and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter
- Fluent German and English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Ability to conduct full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment
- Comfortable working as a freelance contractor (no fixed salary, success-based commissions)
- Growth mindset and willingness to contribute to building ambi.careers
- Good communication skills and empathy; comfortable speaking with candidates and clients
- Availability to invest meaningful time (not just 15 minutes per day)
