Collaborate with hiring managers to lead initial stages (1-2) of hiring by filtering applications and conducting screening calls across 15+ roles.
Optimise interview process by building situational, behavioral, culture and values question banks.
Support hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges and take-homes in process.
Activate headhunt mode for niche technical roles; earmark and nurture top talent profiles and build pipelines across product and engineering.
Support benchmarking elite talent profiles and help hiring managers distinguish great from good.
Support Head of People in implementing talent tools, processes and systems.
Network, build, and nurture relationships with tech startup craftspeople across product, engineering, clinicians, sales, ops, CX.
Elevate employer brand via conferences, networking events, community meetups, blogs, socials, videos.
Requirements
Proven track record of 2+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition working within tech or startups.
Experience managing the hiring process end to end from activating talent funnel, role scoping, CV screening, interviews to offer, acceptance and onboarding.
Super-connector; loves working with people, building rapport and nurturing relationships.
Knowledge around hiring technical roles (product and engineering).
Comfortable with headhunting tactics and cold outreach to build candidate pipelines.
Pace and urgency; execution-focused and thrives in ambiguity.
Eye for identifying high caliber talent and passionate about building a high performance culture.
Self-starter, highly motivated, competitive, driven by hitting numbers and developing deep relationships with empathy and commercial acumen.
