Handles the full recruitment lifecycle: guides requisition approvals, assists with job descriptions, builds recruiting strategies.
Conducts job intake meetings with hiring managers.
Sources and recruits qualified applicants using creative networking, job boards, applicant databases, internet recruiting resources, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective colleagues to management for assigned open positions.
Ensures candidates understand responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule, benefits, and career opportunities; serves as candidate advocate.
Makes hiring recommendations and notifies applicants of consideration or declination.
Conducts, reviews, and communicates results of applicant testing.
Negotiates offers and assists with the offer process.
Develops reporting and utilizes recruitment software for data-driven insights.
Maintains current job opportunities on company intranet, website, and various job boards.
Collaborates with management to communicate Human Resources employment policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with HR laws and maintains knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
May coach and review the work of other team members.
Researches and drives initiatives to promote diversity applicant sourcing methods.
Requirements
1-2 Years Sales hiring exposure.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
Preferred: Exposure to major sourcing sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.).
Preferred: Relevant experience in a corporate and agency environment.
Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements.
Professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email, as well as at internal and external facing events.
Ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
