About the role
- Be the architect of our talent pipeline, delivering high-quality technical, non-technical, and leadership talent.
- Leverage insights and analytics to craft effective and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and People Team to amplify talent attraction and hiring decisions.
- Immerse yourself in the Agero business and act as an ambassador for mission, strategy, and values.
- Identify and implement groundbreaking sourcing strategies, tools, and market research initiatives.
- Engage directly with potential candidates and empower stakeholders to cultivate talent networks.
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, CRM, and other sourcing/automation tools; drive event-based hiring and social engagement.
- Drive social sharing and discover new candidate channels to activate passive talent.
- Anticipate market trends and implement strategic initiatives to keep talent acquisition at the forefront.
- Participate in HQ onboarding and attend on-site team meetings as required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of related recruiting experience.
- Mastery of LinkedIn, Greenhouse, CRM systems, and other advanced sourcing and automation tools.
- Experience identifying and attracting top-tier, diverse, and passive talent across all levels (VPs, Technology, Product, Non-Tech, Data Science).
- Strong business or technical acumen and understanding of technical role requirements.
- Data-driven sourcing skills; ability to leverage insights and analytics.
- Excellent written communication skills (Writing Prowess).
- Candidate engagement expertise and familiarity with event-based hiring and social sourcing.
- Coachable mindset, continuous improvement orientation, resilience, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel and attend on-site team meetings; ability to be on-site at HQ for onboarding when required.
