We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our People Operations team on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours per week). This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment process management. You will work closely with the VP of People Operations to support the day-to-day function of our HR team, with a particular focus on coordinating recruiting processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
Recruiting Coordination
Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Track recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops.
Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Maintain the HC data.
Onboarding Support
Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires.
Assist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements.
Coordinate orientation sessions and help with new hire engagement touchpoints.
HR Operations Support
Provide general administrative support across HR functions.
Assist with updating employee records, HR dashboards, and reports.
Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by the VP of People Ops.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools.
Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
