About the role
- Take ownership of retention channels (email & SMS) for Biocol Labs
- Design, execute, and optimize campaigns and automated flows across email and SMS
- Own and optimize campaigns + automated lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, subscription conversion)
- Audit and improve current CRM setup, identify quick wins to boost engagement and repeat purchase
- Plan and execute a campaign calendar balancing promotional, educational, and retention sends
- Report on performance and deliver measurable uplift in CTR, LTV, repeat purchase, and subscription retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, copywriting, growth marketing, and retention teams
- High visibility role with strategic and hands-on responsibilities impacting subscription renewals and revenue growth
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in email/SMS marketing, ideally within ecommerce or subscription models
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase)
- Experience with OTP-to-subscription conversion tactics
- Proficiency in copywriting, A/B testing, and analytics/reporting
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or similar platforms
- Nice-to-have: Experience with supplements, wellness, or health-related products
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of subscription retention & monetization strategies
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with GDPR and deliverability best practices
- Tools: Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Triple Whale/Northbeam, Figma
