About the role

  • Design and execute customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Romanian, Swiss/Austrian markets (Email, SMS, push, onsite messaging)
  • Own the customer journey and optimize communications across onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation
  • Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns focused on personalization, segmentation, and ROI
  • Collaborate with product, content, design, and data teams to deliver relevant and engaging campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn and act on insights
  • Ensure campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices
  • Act as main point of contact for CRM-related initiatives in the specific market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
  • Deep understanding of Nordic customer behavior and the required market/user behaviour
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
