Business Development Rep

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target prospects, driving revenue growth and account expansion.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and recommending value-driven solutions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct reports and cross-functional teams to enhance client engagement and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, Technical Pre-Sales, Service Delivery, and Finance to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with overall business goals, including accurate forecasting.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor performance against targets, delivering regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and inform strategy.
