Sales Development Intern, Cell Analysis

Support Engineer

Customer Support Engineer – Biomolecular, Genomics and Cell Analysis Instrumentation

Application Engineer

• Handling second-level support, mainly focusing on the INDIA area customers, fielding and working to resolve customer-submitted Support tickets related to Agilent's enterprise software
• Remotely assisting Agilent front-line services teams working with customers on installs, solving technical issues with informatics software including database, networking, and chromatography questions as needed
• Actively represent the Support team during Presto critical issues for heightened situations and work with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D) to deliver the best solution to the customer
• Collaborate with customers’ IT departments on standard processes, supported configurations, virtualization technologies, etc.
• Contribute to growing the Support team's overall shared knowledge base based on situations and findings during customer support tickets
• Remote position with afternoon shift - 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Program Manager

• Responsible for compliant, efficient, and economical movement of goods across international borders
• Accurately classifying products (HTS and ECCN), managing import/export processes, and applying for necessary licenses

• Drive the adoption of Agilent Mass Spectrometry (MS) systems and workflows across commercial, government, and academic institutions within territory

Outside Sales

• Sell Agilent chemistries and supplies and analytical consumable items to end-user customers in assigned territory
• Partner with sales colleagues on workflow and solution-oriented offerings
• Lead and generate existing and new sales for assigned named accounts and partner across customer buying channels
• Maintain ongoing long-term relationships with key accounts and industry thought leaders
• Partner with strategic and enterprise teams in pharma and biopharmaceutical companies
• Build, monitor, and revise lead generation plans
• Responsible for meeting quota and sales targets
• Interpret customer needs and identify potential business opportunities; handle sophisticated leads, opportunities, and projects independently

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities.
• Ensures that Agilent operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls.
• Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control.
• Provides business management with financial decision support, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis.
• Ensures local and enterprise-wide financial and statutory compliance that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting.
• Maintains compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• From an SPR perspective, the role requires a detail-oriented Analyst to support planning activities, including coordination between EFP&A and GIO Finance, guiding the GIO Finance team through SPR deliverables, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• This role requires strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
