About the role
- Sell the company's service products to end-user customers in the assigned territory primarily through inbound and outbound telephone sales activities
- Act independently or as part of a sales team and may support a field sales team
- Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities
- Focus on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers
- Close sales on systems and products via telephone, email, online store, and webchat
- Carry team and/or individual quota
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- Typically at least 2+ years of relevant experience
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish the job
- English: Intermediate
- Ability to perform inbound and outbound telephone sales activities
- Ability to close sales via telephone, email, online store, and webchat
