About the role
- Conduct active (outbound) prospecting through research, segmented lists, and professional networks.
- Re-engage old leads and warm contacts, conducting reconnection conversations with technique and empathy.
- Make first contact with potential clients, present GR Academy, and identify initial fit.
- Perform preliminary lead qualification (profile, interest, and timing) and hand off to the SDR to advance through the funnel.
- Execute follow-up cadences via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Update the CRM with complete contact details and interaction history.
- Share feedback and insights with marketing and the commercial team.
- Participate in weekly alignment meetings and performance training sessions.
- Meet prospecting, meeting-scheduling, and opportunity-generation targets.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and clarity of purpose.
Requirements
- Preferred education: Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum experience: 3–5 years in active prospecting, consultative sales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
