UI/UX Designer

Operations

• Build, scale, and manage the technical support function to deliver high-quality, timely assistance to enterprise clients
• Own operational infrastructure, processes, and reporting that enable scalable, efficient support delivery
• Lead and mentor the 2nd level technical support team, including onboarding, training, and performance management
• Define and evolve the support team structure as the company scales and foster a culture of technical excellence and client empathy

Software Engineer, PHP

Support Engineer

• Provide technical support to enterprise clients (Level 2) and resolve API failures, integration issues, and system errors
• Investigate tickets by analyzing logs, retrying API requests using Postman or similar tools, and performing basic database queries to identify root cause
• Collaborate with client technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to Engineering with full context and reproduction steps
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
• Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs, integrations, and internal tools
• Contribute to automated test suites (e.g., regression or integration tests)
• Assist QA and Engineering in reproducing and validating client-reported bugs

• Work in Identity & Access Management (IAM) on projects (analysis, design, and implementation - e.g., connecting new target systems, interfaces)
• Further develop existing processes and interfaces
• Assist in the administration and monitoring of the entire IAM system landscape
• Independently carry out error analysis and handle incidents as well as service requests within the agreed SLAs
• Advise and support colleagues in the area of Identity & Access Management and perform technical assessments of specialized requirements

• Support the Talent team with sourcing initiatives and help manage talent pipelines across diverse recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with the team to attract top professionals, particularly in software development, IT, and business domains.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and support communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives.
