About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
- - Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria.
- - Collaborate with Engineering and QA to clarify requirements, support implementation, and validate delivered functionality.
- - Model current and future state processes (e.g., BPMN/UML diagrams, flowcharts) and identify improvement opportunities.
- - Support Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews) by ensuring requirements are ready and well understood.
- - Assist with UAT planning and execution: test scenarios, support business users, track issues through resolution.
- - Identify and manage dependencies, assumptions, and risks; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- - Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing (Confluence or similar).
Requirements
What you’ll need- - 2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
- - Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and translating requirements into deliverables.
- - Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfort working with complex systems.
- - Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Nice to Have**
- - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- - Familiarity with APIs/integrations and ability to read basic technical documentation.
- - Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence, Miro, Visio, draw.io.
