About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with product goals.
  • - Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements.
  • - Collaborate daily with engineering teams to clarify scope, answer questions, and support delivery.
  • - Drive Sprint ceremonies from the product side (refinement, planning, reviews) in collaboration with the Scrum Master/Agile Lead.
  • - Ensure the team is building the right thing by validating outcomes using feedback, data, and stakeholder input.
  • - Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies.
  • - Support release planning and coordinate with relevant teams for successful rollouts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role with clear PO responsibilities.
  • - Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
  • - Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • - Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • - Comfort collaborating with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs at a practical level.
  • - Analytical mindset; ability to prioritize based on impact, risk, and effort.
  • **Nice to Have**
  • - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • - Experience with product discovery techniques (e.g., user interviews, journey mapping, hypothesis testing).
  • - Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence, Miro/Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • - Prior exposure to APIs, integrations, or platform products.
