• Responsible for managing changes across an entire solution

• Client Contract Negotiation: Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of client, vendor, and partner agreements, particularly within adtech/martech and data-driven services.
• Contract Strategy Development: Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives while identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and commercial risks.

• Develop and execute Acxiom’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy to support business growth, workforce transformation, and competitive talent positioning to include full time, contingent, intern/early career & global.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support
