About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages the development and execution of large complex, multi-phased projects with external project dependencies
- Promotes client satisfaction by ensuring project adheres to stakeholder specifications
- Responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints
- Responsible for leading scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals
- Engaged in developing campaign schedules and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues
- Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement
- Make decisions and recommendations based on data
- Identify and manage issues to resolution
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
- Responsible for daily standups and weekly meetings including retrospectives to ensure Continuous Improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s/University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS - Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience
- Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
- Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership
- Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in all Windows application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Knowledge of workflow tools (Aprimo) and Agile software (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
