About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages the development and execution of large complex, multi-phased projects with external project dependencies
  • Promotes client satisfaction by ensuring project adheres to stakeholder specifications
  • Responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints
  • Responsible for leading scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals
  • Engaged in developing campaign schedules and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on data
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
  • Responsible for daily standups and weekly meetings including retrospectives to ensure Continuous Improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS - Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience
  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
  • Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership
  • Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in all Windows application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
  • Knowledge of workflow tools (Aprimo) and Agile software (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
