Key responsibilities & impact

Own financial reporting and consolidation to the parent company
Lead the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting policies
Drive budget and forecast submission cycles
Mentor FP&A and finance staff
Continuously improve financial systems and reporting infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive finance experience
Strong working knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
Excellent executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
Advanced Excel required
