About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own financial reporting and consolidation to the parent company
- Lead the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting policies
- Drive budget and forecast submission cycles
- Mentor FP&A and finance staff
- Continuously improve financial systems and reporting infrastructure
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong working knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
- Excellent executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- Advanced Excel required
