• Making family care possible: train and employ family caregivers via a tech-powered, family-first care platform.
• Full-time remote role, Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM US Eastern Time.
• Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
• Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
• Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
• Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
• Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless AbbyCare experience.
