Chief Medical Officer

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead mobile app development end-to-end. You will take full ownership of the mobile development lifecycle, from concept to delivery. This includes shaping technical design, implementing core features, improving performance and stability, and managing release cycles for both iOS and Android.
• Build a caregiver-first experience that is intuitive and resilient. You will design and implement user flows that are simple, guided, and forgiving—optimized for non-technical users. You will ensure the app works reliably in low-connectivity environments through offline-first and degraded-mode patterns (e.g., caching, sync, retries, conflict handling) and careful performance tuning.
• Define and implement mobile testing frameworks grounded in real-world usage. You will establish a testing strategy and methodology that reflects how caregivers actually use the app (device variability, intermittent networks, backgrounding, interruptions, accessibility needs). This includes automated testing, regression coverage, monitoring/telemetry, and release quality gates to continuously improve app reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems. You will collaborate with operations, clinical, compliance, product, and design to build solutions that work in real caregiving workflows. You will be a critical voice in articulating technical tradeoffs and helping the team make product decisions that advance our mission.
• Raise the bar on mobile engineering excellence. You will set standards for code quality, architecture, observability, and security on mobile. You’ll contribute to scalable patterns for feature development, data handling, and API integration, while keeping quality and user trust at the center.

• Own and scale the operational tooling stack across support, onboarding, and post-sale workflows, and set the roadmap for where it goes next

• Set the Applied AI vision and roadmap: Define how AI will transform workflows across intake and enrollment, care delivery, revenue cycle management, and compliance. Partner with Engineering, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Analytics to prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Build the intelligence layer of Abby Care’s operating system: Architect and develop agentic systems that reason over complex information, interact with internal tools, and execute consequential healthcare workflows end to end.
