Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation plan with clear MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets by channel.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, newsletters and other paid channels across all funnel stages. Allocate budget to highest-ROI channels weekly.
• Build and optimize email nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and lead scoring rules in HubSpot to help turn MQLs into SQOs faster.
• Run structured tests on channels, messaging, audiences, and landing pages. Maintain an experimentation log. You'll be the one to prove (or disprove) what works for us.
• Own the weekly demand dashboard. Report on pipeline by channel, cost per opp, MQL→SQO conversion, and channel-level ROI. You'll present to the Head of Marketing weekly and to leadership monthly.
• Work with PMM to prioritize content needs and ensure competitive pages, comparison content, and bottom-of-funnel assets are driving pipeline, not just traffic.
• Build an ABM strategy to engage, nurture and convert top tier accounts and turn them into opportunities at scale.
• Partner with the BDR team lead on outbound campaign alignment, target list quality, and handoff processes. BDRs report into marketing — you'll help shape their inbound follow-up and Tier 2 activation workflows.

• Design how customers move from closed-won to fully live, including handoff standards, milestone definitions, escalation protocols, and time-to-value benchmarks

• Find the wedge: We already have a solid foundation and strong demand generation motion but now it’s time to scale. Your job will be to figure out which channels, which content formats, which distribution motions actually produce predictable pipeline.
• Experiment, iterate and ship fast: Design and own an experimentation program where every test has a hypothesis, a measurement plan, and a logged result. Scale what works, kill what doesn't, and build the infrastructure that makes the next experiment cheaper than the last.
• Operate AI-natively: Automate what used to take a team. Build the infrastructure you need to build a real demand engine. The expectation isn't that you use these tools, it's that you build systems with them.
• Own the number: Your experiments are instrumented from day one and you're the first to call one dead.
• Write the playbook: Your wins don't stay with you. What works becomes repeatable and the demand motion the rest of the team runs as well as the foundation the function is built on.

Strategic Growth Manager

Performance Marketing

• The paid pipeline number and the full paid budget. You optimize channel allocation week to week based on cost per opportunity and downstream conversion, not impressions.
• Hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads: account structure, audiences, creative needs, bidding, and optimization. You can walk through setting up a campaign from scratch because you do it.
• New paid-channel experiments, with clear read-outs on what to scale and what to cut.
• Tracking and attribution hygiene, working with the team on server-side tracking (Stape), product analytics (PostHog), and lead routing (Default), so the paid number you report is one we trust.
• Creative and landing-page collaboration with design and PMM, since the ad is only half the conversion.
• Regular ad creative refreshes
• Weekly paid reporting that ladders into the demand dashboard.
