• Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline.
• Draft and coordinate with external writers, PMMs, and subject matter experts to produce blog posts, case studies, competitive content, and email copy on schedule.
• Own SEO and AEO execution - publishing optimized content, managing technical SEO updates, building internal links, and monitoring rankings.
• Build and maintain email nurture sequences, newsletter sends, event promotion emails, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
• Own the Abacum marketing website in Framer.
• Publish new pages, update existing content, manage landing pages for campaigns.
• Own PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and marketing reporting.
• Manage lead routing, lead scoring, email workflows, form management, and CRM hygiene.
• Maintain server-side tracking, UTM conventions, and campaign tracking.
• Admin for marketing tech stack including Framer, PostHog, HubSpot, Semrush, Screaming Frog, AirOps, Stape, and related tools.

• Ensure smooth, secure, and reliable operation of end-user and office IT systems globally
• Build and lead a small IT support team (24x7 coverage)
• Define the operating model for global IT support
• Establish service standards (SLAs), runbooks, and a knowledge base

• Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Abacum product vision and value proposition
• Have the ability to communicate with C-level executives and senior managers (CFOs, Head of Finance, Head of FP&A, etc.)
• Are an expert on how to manage multiple stakeholders
• Will manage inbound leads and the entire sales process for mid-market customers
• Will be responsible for pipeline generation and full cycle sales
• Will become a product expert, working closely with our Product team in identifying clients’ pain points and priorities to inform and influence the product roadmap

Senior Account Executive

• Assist with general workflow tasks, exposing you firsthand to how operational teams in rapidly-growing companies scale and improve their processes

• Assist the team in the integration of new clients' data and systems into the Abacum platform.

FP&A Operations Internship

Customer Success Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs and Technical CSMs, creating clear expectations, career paths, and performance standards.
• Hire and retain “A-players” while keeping attrition low through strong culture, enablement, and management practices.
• Build and continuously improve CS playbooks, processes, and tooling to scale impact as Abacum grows.
• Own performance against churn, renewal, contract extensions, and upsell/cross-sell targets.
• Establish forecasting, risk mitigation, and escalation processes to drive predictable renewals and expansion.
• Guide your team to create and execute tailored success plans per customer segment/tier, including adoption milestones and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure customers reach the outcomes defined during sales and onboarding; partner with FP&A Ops (Implementation team) to deliver smooth, accountable handoffs and onboarding success.
• Develop and monitor customer health, product usage, and adoption KPIs (including QBR cadence, success plan completion, engagement metrics, and time-to-value).
• Implement a process to prioritize, track, and manage customer requests and feedback loops.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface insights, prioritize issues, and influence roadmap decisions based on customer impact.
• Maintain and evolve internal and external knowledge bases (help center, enablement assets, internal playbooks) to support customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on key account planning and advocacy (e.g., reviews, references, case studies).
• Take ownership of a portfolio of Abacum’s most strategic clients, acting as executive sponsor and escalation point.
• Build trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders and drive measurable value realization.
