Events Specialist

Customer Success Manager

• Be a Technology Advocate: Lead in-depth technical conversations with customers, showcasing your expertise and our platform’s capabilities.
• Be a Customer Mentor: Conduct compelling trainings and demonstrations of our platform, highlighting its value and benefits. Serve as a strategic partner to our customers and recommend them best practices on how to leverage Abacum in an FP&A context.
• Work Alongside Customer Success Managers: Partner with CSMs who manage customer relationships and opportunities to help drive customer utilization and value realization to foster renewals. You will also help our team to identify expansion opportunities in customer accounts.
• Act as the Bridge Between Teams: Act as a vital link between CSMs, Research, Product, FP&A/Implementation, and Sales. Be a L&D resource for our CSMs to explain updates to our product and the best way for them to upsell them to their customers.

Product Ambassador – Technical CSM

• Build long-term, trusted relationships with key executives, including CFOs and Finance/FP&A teams
• Own and drive customer outcomes with a focus on delivering measurable success
• Lead strategy calls and customized business reviews at Management/Executive level to drive adoption
• Serve as a storyteller to showcase Abacum's impact on customers’ businesses
• Act as the quarterback of the customer experience, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Engage, retain, and educate customers on the full value of Abacum’s product offerings
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, FP&A, leadership, support, and product teams to drive success
• Manage complex customer needs using data analysis to align solutions with business goals
• Partner with sales to identify and execute account expansion opportunities
• Be accountable for net retention, customer happiness, and usage metrics across a book of business
