• New paid-channel experiments, with clear read-outs on what to scale and what to cut.
• Tracking and attribution hygiene, working with the team on server-side tracking (Stape), product analytics (PostHog), and lead routing (Default), so the paid number you report is one we trust.
• Creative and landing-page collaboration with design and PMM, since the ad is only half the conversion.
• Regular ad creative refreshes
• Weekly paid reporting that ladders into the demand dashboard.

FP&A Operations Associate

Solutions Engineer

• Own the technical integration experience for Abacum's customers end-to-end.
• Scope and design integrations for new customers on complex systems: data model, source mapping, validation plan.
• Resolve Tier 2 integration escalations across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Finch, flat-file, and API-based sources.
• Partner with Sales Consultants on strategic deals where integration complexity is part of the technical evaluation.
• Build and maintain integration playbooks, templates, and a growing internal knowledge base.
• Work with Product and Engineering to prioritise the integration roadmap based on field signal.
• Coach and develop a Junior Integration Specialist as the function grows.

• Design and implement our systems to be efficient, scalable, accountable, and secure
• Team up with other Engineers to perform experiments and test new ideas
• Build a strong DevOps culture and tooling that enable our delivery teams to be autonomous while providing best practices (security, observability, scalability, performance, etc.)
