Key responsibilities & impact

Find the wedge: We already have a solid foundation and strong demand generation motion but now it’s time to scale. Your job will be to figure out which channels, which content formats, which distribution motions actually produce predictable pipeline.
Experiment, iterate and ship fast: Design and own an experimentation program where every test has a hypothesis, a measurement plan, and a logged result. Scale what works, kill what doesn't, and build the infrastructure that makes the next experiment cheaper than the last.
Operate AI-natively: Automate what used to take a team. Build the infrastructure you need to build a real demand engine. The expectation isn't that you use these tools, it's that you build systems with them.
Own the number: Your experiments are instrumented from day one and you're the first to call one dead.
Write the playbook: Your wins don't stay with you. What works becomes repeatable and the demand motion the rest of the team runs as well as the foundation the function is built on.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical and analytical skills and fluency with data, with the ability to work with metrics and data to inform strategy, pressure-test assumptions, and translate findings into clear, actionable plans
You're genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping the growth function you'd rather build for what's coming than defend what worked before.
A bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. You don't wait for a brief; you proactively look for opportunities and build towards them.
