• What we're looking for

• Experience designing AI-powered product features or tooling (e.g., generative AI, ML-powered recommendations, large language models, etc.), or a strong interest and capacity to ramp up quickly in this space.
• Strong systems thinking: the ability to design for and reason about intelligent systems, user flows with non-deterministic outputs, and complex decision paths.
