About the role

  • Lead the global channel marketing strategy, priorities, and performance metrics in partnership with GTM Partnerships and the broader Marketing team
  • Build and execute a multi-tier partner marketing program to engage MSPs, resellers, and distributors, drive pipeline, and support sales goals
  • Define and operationalize our partner enablement strategy, including sales collateral, marketing resources, and training materials
  • Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns and MDF programs that activate partners and incentivize performance
  • Operate a partner incentive program to motivate partner sales reps and accelerate deal velocity
  • Oversee and evolve our partner portal, ensuring access to up-to-date and relevant assets
  • Accelerate time-to-first-deal for newly onboarded partners and ensure consistent partner-sourced pipeline
  • Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing channel marketing team as we scale globally
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with priority partners to establish 1Password as a preferred vendor and displace competitors
  • Partner with GTM leaders to support partner acquisition, onboarding, and joint go-to-market efforts
  • Own and report on channel marketing KPIs, including sourced pipeline, program ROI, and partner engagement

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
  • Proven success building and scaling partner marketing programs with measurable revenue impact
  • Deep understanding of MSPs, distributors, and reseller ecosystems, with experience engaging both SMB and enterprise partner types
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with GTM teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Hands-on experience with MDF/co-marketing programs, incentives, and partner lifecycle management
  • Experience managing and evolving partner portals (Zift experience strongly preferred)
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills — able to influence internal stakeholders and build trust externally
  • Experience hiring and leading a team
  • Data-driven mindset with strong program management and analytical skills
