About the role

  • Lead strategy and execution for identity management and security portfolio.
  • Shape Secure Access Experiences and expand into SaaS Monitoring, SaaS Security, Zero Trust, and passwordless authentication.
  • Drive evolution beyond traditional password management impacting acquisition, retention, growth, profitability, and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX design, channel sales, product marketing, customer success, and finance.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced product managers.
  • Work closely with executives and stakeholders to align product strategy with company vision and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable product strategies and maintain customer-focused roadmap.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to craft go-to-market strategies and operational plans.
  • Lead full product lifecycle: market/user research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, positioning, requirements gathering, product launches.
  • Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements and guide engineering through prototyping and development.
  • Leverage market insights and data to shape sales strategies and inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Ensure timely, predictable delivery of roadmap initiatives with engineering.

Requirements

  • Product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • A proven track record of leading business-critical, admin-focused SaaS products at the core of successful B2B or B2C platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and effectively communicate product vision and plans to stakeholders, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity is highly preferred. It's great, but not required:
  • Educational or professional background in Computer Science, Product Development, or Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains.
  • Strong working knowledge of key identity and security technologies, including: SAML and OIDC, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR), Zero Trust Architecture and Principles.
