Own Your Territory: Manage and grow a designated territory of Commercial clients (1,000–3,000 employees)
Manage Pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking
Drive New Business Growth: Design and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and identify/close new business
Drive Organic Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts leveraging Extended Access Management
Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs
Engage the Industry: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences; represent 1Password and build relationships with C-suite contacts
Stay Informed: Keep up to date on cybersecurity trends, particularly Identity and Access Management, to advise clients
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success and partners to develop tailored solutions and optimize client engagement
Focus on Solution Selling: Align solutions with client needs, demonstrate understanding of client pain points, and position offerings strategically
Present and Negotiate: Present to C-suite, create mutual action plans, and lead high-stakes negotiations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements
2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts
Candidates must speak and write fluently in English language
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs (President’s Club/top ranking)
Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to upward management
Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to new customers and across a book of business
Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management
Meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target
Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite
Written and verbal communication skills across email and tools such as Slack and Zoom
Ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote environment
Curious and coachable, with ability to apply feedback and improve
Proficient in Salesforce with consistent documentation of the sales cycle
Experience with MEDDPPICC preferred
Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach preferred
Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events
