About the role

  • Own your territory: manage and grow designated territory, acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Manage pipeline: build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking
  • Drive new business growth: design and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, maintain high outbound activity, identify and engage decision-makers, develop and close new business
  • Drive organic growth: identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts leveraging Extended Access Management knowledge
  • Close multi-product deals: identify and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs
  • Engage the industry: attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences; represent 1Password and build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and VP-level contacts
  • Stay informed: keep up to date on cybersecurity trends, particularly Identity and Access Management, to provide insights to clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, and Customer Success to develop tailored solutions and optimize client engagement
  • Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance account health and long-term success
  • Focus on solution selling: implement strategies to align solutions with client needs and position offerings as strategic tools
  • Present and negotiate: confidently present to C-suite executives, create mutual action plans, and lead high-stakes negotiations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements

  • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts
  • Speak and write fluently in English and/or any Nordics/Benelux languages
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs (President’s Club, top rankings)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering forecasts to upward management
  • Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to new customers and across a book of business
  • Prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management
  • Meticulous pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target
  • Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to C-Suite
  • Written and verbal communication skills across email and tools such as Slack and Zoom
  • Ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly Identity and Access Management
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote environment
  • Curious and coachable, able to apply feedback and continuously improve
  • Proficient in Salesforce with consistent documentation of the sales cycle
  • Experience with MEDDPPICC preferred
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach preferred
  • Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events
