Assistant Vice President, Technology Lead, Group Retirement Services

• Leads the development and execution of the risk managed primary casualty underwriting strategy for National Accounts in Canada.
• Implements and directs strategic objectives, underwriting strategies and best practices with substantial impact on the short-term and long-term success of the risk managed casualty business across Canada.
• Owns portfolio outcomes (profitability, growth, and mix).
• Accountable for profitable growth, portfolio mix, and achievement of National Accounts Casualty business plans in accordance with strategic objectives.
• Evaluates underwriting performance based on financial analysis including rate, reserve adequacy, operational, planning and product reviews.
