Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A builder-architect profile: you have led the design and delivery of large-scale commerce and/or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong mastery of modern commerce: composable/headless commerce, subscription and billing systems, payments, identity/IAM, and API-first integration patterns.
  • Transition pragmatism: you know when to buy, when to build, and how to integrate.
  • An AI-first instinct: you actively use modern AI tools.
  • Leadership that grows people: you build small, accountable teams and develop internal talent as much as you recruit.
  • Bilingualism is an asset: being comfortable in both languages is a plus.
