About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the pricing of Individual Life Term & Health product portfolio
Analyze financial and pricing impact of product features and benefits
Ensure compliance with Product Design and Pricing Operating Guideline
Review profitability of products and influence financial levers
Partner with key business partners to ensure product positioning
Develop and maintain robust risk management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

FSA or FCIA designation
10+ years of actuarial experience
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong people/team management skills
Knowledge of insurance, pricing, product development, IFRS 17, Valuation or ALM is an asset
Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only
