About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- own product strategy and roadmap across core lending products
- improve the borrower journey from application through funding, servicing, and renewal
- drive innovation that improves growth, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance through data driven decision making
- enhance operational workflows through better tooling, automation, and data
- turn commercial priorities into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes
- support new partnership opportunities where relevant
- ensure business needs translate into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans
- coach 2 Product Managers and 1 Business Analyst, while staying close to execution
- lead AI transformation and automation use cases, with experience leading change management to support adoption of new tools, workflows, and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product leadership experience
- expertise across operations, consulting, and strategy
- experience in fintech, alternative lending, small business lending, payments, or another regulated financial services environment
- experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., scaling a product, business line, or startup)
- a builder mindset, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, shipping quickly, and improving products through continuous iteration rather than long planning cycles
- strong judgment, analytical fluency, and cross-functional leadership skills
- familiarity with APIs, integrations, or embedded finance
- knowledge of a language other than French is required for this position due to the nature of the duties
