• Lead strategic origination and business development efforts across the Midwest natural gas market.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance the value of EQT’s transportation and storage portfolio.

Principal Origination

• Leads project and task execution and business development, specifically for work conducted for CMS and the CMS Innovation Center (CMMI).
• Directs execution of large complex projects or portfolio of smaller projects; oversees the planning, design, and implementation of project procedures.
• Provides senior subject matter expertise related to prescription drug prescribing, pricing, and rebate programs to delivery teams and/or proposal teams.
• Leads proposal efforts including review of proposals for sound practices and techniques, briefings, and client relation/development activities.
• Serves as industry expert for alternative payment models, value-based reimbursement, or Medicare payment policies, especially as they relate to prescription drug policies and pricing.
• Effectively coaches and manages others to promote their development; sets developmental goals and measurements for staff.

Principal Researcher, Prescription Drug Policy

Principal Researcher, Value-Based Specialty Care

• Impact Snowflake’s product success in multiple market segments and workloads.
• Engage with PM and Engineering across multiple feature areas.
• Engage with customer CTO’s and senior business/technical leaders to deploy, prove, evaluate, and advise on new Snowflake capabilities.
• Create and advocate for new technical architectures, often backed by sample code.
• Dig into selected competing cloud data platform products to evaluate their newest features and best practices and compare them against Snowflake’s capabilities.
• Analyze Snowflake telemetry and understand Snowflake’s internals to investigate the root cause for feature behavior, both desired and undesired.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively and persuasively to Product Management and Engineering leaders.
• Partner with various Marketing teams to position Snowflake’s feature advantages to technical field organizations and customers.
• Own and execute on multiple, concurrent SnowCAT projects, maintaining a thorough written record of progress.

Technical Principal

• Develop and execute a clear, forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave's portfolio of products, aligning with both market trends and the company’s overall objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, workloads, technologies, and potential opportunities in the AI Hyperscaler domain.
• Work closely with product and engineering and design teams to align different products in CoreWeave’s portfolio.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, integrating customer feedback and requirements into product development to ensure maximum satisfaction and usability.
• Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Design and lead operating rhythms for business cadences (monthly, quarterly, annual) related to strategy and business reviews.

Product Strategy Principal

• Generate visually sophisticated AI-driven creative across performance campaigns and innovation work while maintaining a high bar for craft and originality.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs across a range of aesthetics, including photoreal, conceptual, graphic, product, lifestyle, and experimental imagery.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine assets based on creative feedback, platform needs, and campaign objectives.
• Use ChatGPT image generation tools to create scalable visual content systems, campaign assets, conceptual explorations, and production-ready creative.
• Art direct and refine outputs with a strong understanding of composition, typography, lighting, styling, realism, motion, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Partner closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Motion teams, and Producers to ensure all outputs align with brand standards and campaign vision.
• Refine and elevate outputs through compositing, retouching, editing, upscaling, and post-production workflows where needed.
• Continuously evaluate emerging OpenAI tools, workflows, and creative trends to help evolve the agency’s AI capabilities and creative standards.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and visual excellence across the broader creative organization.
• Help identify opportunities for scalable AI-assisted production workflows without sacrificing creative quality or craft.

Principal, Art Direction – GenAI

• Proactively find new opportunities for Innovation offerings within existing Trace3 customer base
• Proactively develop net new Trace3 clients via above mentioned Innovation offerings
• Engage senior-level executives by building relationships, establishing credibility, conducting substantive content discussions, diagnosing needs, solving problems, and identifying relevant resources
• Manage each engagement with client from introduction to successful team hand-off with interval check-ins until close
• Carefully balance the needs of all team members (internal and client staff) to lead each project to a successful outcome
• Sense patterns among client needs to shape the ongoing research and product creation
• Ensure collaboration amongst all teams (Innovation, Trace3 Field, & Client)
• Ensure clients and Company’s interests are properly aligned
• Escalate risks and issues to Sales and Innovation management as necessary
• Manage communication between Trace3 and each client - making the determinations as to what, when and how things are communicated
• Be the key point of contact and partner for each assigned client engagement
• Establish a rapport and confidence with assigned clients and Trace3 Sales Reps
• Work closely with Sales to ensure client engagements are relevant, provide value to all parties, and are in line with goals of Sales and Client.
• Drive revenue with existing and net new clients via all Innovation offerings
