Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Network Engineering and Teleconferencing Support in an accredited classified computing environment supporting multiple Department of Defense (DOD) programs and support a classified accredited eWAN.
Support build and maintain an Authorization to Operate with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
Requires an in-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN communications, network hardware such as Cisco routers, Ethernet switches, bridges, gateways, firewalls, load balancing / NetScaler and encryption devices (i.e., TACLANEs).
Demonstrates a strong understanding and practical experience with technologies such as MPLS, VPLS, VPNs, and traffic engineering.
Document and communicate well, train junior staff members, and build strong relationships.
Travel up to 30%.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Active US Secret Security clearance
Security+, CCNA and/or relevant industry certifications
Network cabling eWAN experience
SCAP/STIG Experience
Windows Domain Experience
Linux familiarity
Virtualization experience
Data Center experience
Multi-Factor Authentication support and integration experience.
